Oxford Industries Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.15 per share on common stock payable December 4, 2006 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on November 15, 2006.
This will be the 186th consecutive quarterly cash dividend since Oxford became publicly owned in 1960.
