American Apparel to be taken over by Endeavour Acquisition

Endeavour Acquisition Corp is going to buy clothing retailer American Apparel Inc for US $244 million, sources informed.

The company is also expected to bear $110 million of American Apparel's debt.

This deal will be beneficial for American Apparel as it can go public without the hectic procedure of initial issue.

The new name of the entity will be American Apparel and will be listed on the American Stock Exchange or another national exchange.
