Guess? selects Bonita Inza as SVP, Retail Operations

Online shopping company Guess? Inc announced that the senior leadership appointments to support its strategic growth initiatives and its worldwide business expansion.
The Company announced that Bonita Inza joined Guess? Inc in the capacity of Senior Vice President, Retail Operations. In this position, Bonita Inza is responsible for store operations for all store concepts in the United States and Canada. Previously, Bonita Inza was with the Williams-Sonoma, Inc. organization from 1992 to 2005, where she was Vice President of Operations during her tenure supporting all brands.
In addition, the Company announced that Terence Tsang will join Guess?, Inc. in the capacity of Senior Vice President, Corporate Business Development.
In this newly created position, Tsang will be responsible for long range planning, special projects and international business development for certain key territories including Asia and Latin America. Tsang was at Ashworth Inc as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Chief Accounting Officer and Treasurer since 2000. Prior to that Tsang was with Guess? Inc where he held several positions, including Vice President of Finance, Corporate Controller and Treasurer from 1992 to 1999.
Guess? Inc designs, markets, distributes and licenses a lifestyle collection of contemporary apparel, accessories and related consumer products. At July 2, 2005 the Company ownedand operated 301 retail stores in the United States and Canada. The Company also distributes its products through better department and specialty stores around the world.
