Innovo regains compliance with Nasdaq listing requirements

Innovo Group Inc announced that the Company has received notification from Nasdaq that it has regained compliance with the Nasdaq Marketplace Rules by maintaining a closing bid price of $1.00 per share or more for at least 10 consecutive trading days and that the matter is now closed.
Innovo Group Inc, through its operating subsidiary Joe's Jeans Inc, is a design and sales organization designing, producing and selling apparel products to the retail and premium markets under the Joe's and Joe's Jeans brands.
Under these brands, the Company's apparel products consist of men's and women's denim and denim-related apparel products.
