Women's apparel producer Henry Lee & Company announced they have closed the Fall 2005 season 300 percent ahead of last year's sales for their 600 West line and have reached their sellout point. 2005 holiday sales for their classic Henry Lee label saw an increase of 250 percent from last year's holiday sales.

"The lines are on fire with their customers," said Rob Mann, president and CEO of the company. "The 2005 Fall 600 West sales are upwards of $6 million, tripling last year sales of $2 million. They have already reached their sellout point for the Fall 600 West line ahead of schedule, and the Henry Lee label is on the same projection."

Mann credits the dramatic surge to changes made in the past five years to attract design and production talent from all over the world. By combining old world craftsmanship with modern sourcing and design capabilities, the company has grown steadily.

The apparel designer and maker remains the only major women's clothing manufacturer in Chicago-a city, which was once home to more than 200 women's wear manufacturers.

While they continue to maintain the high quality standards that have earned them a strong following for the past half century, Henry Lee & Company continues to prove themselves as a leading competitor in the fashion industry.

As a designer for the modern woman, they offer reasonably priced, well-made suits and separates in some of the finest fabrics available. The company places a premium on clothing with a consistent fit that is true to current looks for their consumers.
