- ARAMARK CEO Joseph Neubauer received a 2004 Award of Excellence from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund, honoring his professional and community contributions.

- Jennifer Tracy, Director of Staffing and College Relations, received a 2004 Founders Award from the Thurgood Marshall Scholarship Fund in recognition of her efforts to support and coordinate activities for the Fund's Leadership Institute, an annual career-preparation conference for students at public Historically Black Colleges and Universities across the country.
