Cabela's announces resignation of Senior Vice President

Cabela's Incorporated, the World's Foremost Outfitter of hunting, fishing and outdoor gear, announced that Lynn P. Ferguson has resigned his position as Senior Vice President of Retail Strategy and Real Estate Development for family and personal reasons.
Dennis Highby, Cabela's President and Chief Executive Officer, will assume responsibility for retail strategy and real estate development until a replacement for Ferguson is named.
"Lynn decided he needed to stay closer to California for family reasons," Highby said. "On behalf of the Company, I would like to wish him well in his future endeavors."
Cabela's Incorporated, headquartered in Sidney, Nebraska, is the world's largest direct marketer, and a leading specialty retailer, of hunting, fishing, camping and related outdoor merchandise.
