The Board of Directors of UniFirst Corporation declared regular quarterly cash dividends of $0.0375 per share (3.75 cents) on the Company's Common Stock and $0.03 per share (3.0 cents) on the Company's Class B Common Stock.
Both dividends are payable on January 7, 2008, to shareholders of record on December 10, 2007.
UniFirst is one of the largest providers of workplace uniforms, protective clothing and facility services products in North America.
The Company employs approximately 10,000 team partners who serve nearly 200,000 customer locations in 46 states, Canada and Europe from 193 manufacturing, distribution and customer service facilities.
