Women's clothier Christopher & Banks approves quarterly dividend

Women's apparel store Christopher & Banks Corporation (CBK) announced its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.04 per share, to be payable October 4, 2005, to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 19, 2005.

Minneapolis-based Christopher & Banks Corporation is a specialty retailer of women's clothing. The Company currently operates 674 women's specialty stores in 45 states under the names: Christopher & Banks, C.J. Banks and Acorn. The Company currently has 487 Christopher & Banks stores, 166 C.J. Banks stores and 21 Acorn stores. The store which offer an assortment of moderately-priced clothing.
