G&K expands cleanroom opt with Nanoclean acquisition

G&K Services Inc, a market leader in branded identity apparel programs and facility services, announced the acquisition of Nanoclean Limited, a cleanroom business serving customers in Ireland.
"We're pleased to expand our cleanroom operation with the acquisition of Nanoclean," said Richard Marcantonio, G&K's chairman and chief executive officer." Nanoclean provides G&K with a strategic presence in Ireland to expand the business and strengthen our relationships with key customers."

Due to a confidentiality agreement, the parties have agreed to not disclose the terms of the acquisition.
