ARAMARK makes it to 'Top 40 Companies for Hispanics'

Employee clothing & apparel provider ARAMARK Corporation has been named to Hispanic Business magazine's list of "Top 40 Companies for Hispanics." The list was calculated based on more than 30 variables measuring a company's commitment to Hispanic hiring, promotion, marketing, philanthropy, and supplier diversity. To compile the list, Hispanic Business contacted the top 400 companies on the FORTUNE 500.

Leading factors in ARAMARK's recognition as a top company for Hispanics include the company's recruitment and retention initiatives, including college recruitment by partnering with Hispanic-Serving Institutions; diversity awareness and education training programs; minority supplier development and partnership programs; retail foodservice solutions targeted directly to Hispanic consumers; and a commitment to diversity communicated throughout all levels of the organization.
ARAMARK has been recognized in 2005 by FORTUNE magazine as one of the "Top 50 Employers for Minorities," by Black Enterprise magazine as a "Best Company for Diversity," and by Black Collegian as a "Top Diversity Employer."
