True Religion to present at Sanders Morris Harris conference

Denim company True Religion Apparel Inc announced that management will be presenting at the Sanders Morris Harris Investor Growth Conference in New York on September 23, 2005. The conference is being held at the Roosevelt Hotel. The True Religion presentation will be webcast live at 10:00 a.m. ET / 7:00 a.m. PT on Friday, September 23, 2005.

The Company also commented that it believes it will meet or exceed its fiscal third quarter sales guidance of $29 to $30 million and diluted earnings per share guidance of $0.22 to $0.24 which were initiated by the Company when it reported its second quarter results on July 28, 2005. Further, because of strong demand at retail for the new product offering as well as greater than expected replenishment orders for the holiday sales season, the Company is increasing its full year sales and diluted earnings per share estimates.

The Company now anticipates full year sales will be in a range from $95 to $97 million, versus its prior expectation of $92 to $95 million and diluted earnings per share to be in a range from $0.77 to $0.79, versus its prior expectation of $0.74 to $0.77. The Company plans to further discuss its third quarter results and update fourth quarter financial estimates on its upcoming third quarter conference call.
