Chico's FAS Inc reported February sales results for the four-week period ended March 1, 2008, decreased 6.7% to $105.5 million from $113.1 million reported for the four-week period ended March 3, 2007.
Comparable store sales for the Company-owned stores decreased 14.9% for the four-week period ended March 1, 2008 compared to the same four-week period last year ending March 3, 2007.
The Company is a specialty retailer of private branded, sophisticated, casual-to-dressy clothing, intimates, complementary accessories, and other non-clothing gift items.
