Outdoor retailer Gander Mountain Company announced the expansion of its credit facility with Fleet Retail Group LLC, and a Bank of America company. The facility was increased from $225 million to $275 million as permitted under the terms of the agreement signed in February 2005.
The facility may be increased to $300 million subject to certain terms and conditions. 'Fleet Retail Group is a strong partner that understands their business and growth,' said Mark Baker, president and CEO. 'They look forward to continuing this long-term relationship.'
