Atlanta based branded and private label apparel marketer Oxford Industries Inc's Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.135 per share on common stock payable December 5, 2005 to shareholders of record on November 15, 2005. This is the 182nd consecutive quarterly cash dividend since Oxford became publicly-owned in 1960.
