Oxford Industries Inc announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.18 per share on common stock payable on August 1, 2008 to shareholders of record at the close of business on July 15, 2008.
This will be the 193rd consecutive quarterly cash dividend since Oxford became publicly- owned in 1960.
