DEFINITIONS
In the announcement, the following expressions have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires.
“CG (Zhong Shan)” - Crocodile Garments (Zhong Shan) Limited, a subsidiary of the Company which is registered as a Sino-foreign owned enterprise under the laws of the PRC
“Company” - Crocodile Garments Limited, a company incorporated in Hong Kong with limited liabilities, the Shares of which are listed on the Stock Exchange
“Contractor” - Zhong Shan City Sha Xi Town Building Construction Co. Ltd., a limited liability company established under the laws of the PRC
“Directors” - the directors of the Company
“Group” - the Company and its subsidiaries
“Listing Rules” - the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on the Stock Exchange
“PRC” - the People's Republic of China
“RMB” - Renminbi, the lawful currency of the PRC
“Shareholders” - holders of the Shares
“Shares” - ordinary shares of HK$0.25 each in the capital of the Company
“Stock Exchange” - The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited
“%” - percentage
For the purposes of this announcement, the exchange rate used is RMB1 = HK$1.14.
