Male casual clothing retailer Casual Male Retail Group Inc (CMRG) announced that Jewelcor Management Inc ("JMI") reported to the Securities and Exchange Commission that it had transferred 3,943,214 shares of Casual Male Retail Group's Common Stock to Seymour Holtzman on November 18, 2005.
Holtzman is the Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer and the controlling shareholder of JMI. Holtzman is also the Chairman and an Executive Officer of Casual Male Retail Group.
Through his controlling interest in JMI, Holtzman had previously reported beneficial ownership of the 3,943,214 shares. Subsequent to this transaction, Holtzman continues to be the beneficial owner of approximately 15.8 Percent of Casual Male Retail Group.
