Jeweller Sovereign Diamonds Ltd has informed BSE that the Company has decided to consider the Audited Financial Results for the year ended March 31, 2006, on or before June 30, 2006, accordingly there will be no Board Meeting for consideration of quarterly unaudited results for the quarter ended March 31, 2006.
Sovereign Diamonds is a producer of finished jewellery. Sovereign Diamonds originally started trading in South Africa in the early 1980's which explains the diamond connection.
