WGC sponsored Vietnam Jewellery Exhibition from Wednesday

Fifty-six local and foreign firms are going to participate in the 14th annual Vietnam Jewellery Exhibit 2005 begining Wednesday, in Ho Chi Minh City.
The latest jewel designs and technology would be displayed in the expo, informed organizers of the exhibition Wolrd Gold Council.
With nine foreign companies from Germany, Italy, Australia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Japan, the UK and US, there will be 75 stalls from the country displaying their latest products, states Do Cong Chinh, deputy CEO of Saigon Jewelry Holding Co. (SJC).
The expo will also incorporate presentations on gem-making technologies and discussion on jewellery making methods and its maintenance.
Moreover, a workshop to discuss gem-producing technologies and gem imports to the US will be held on Friday, Chinh added.
