Fiber web Geosynthetics has agreed a strategic partnership with Keyline. Keyline will become a key supplier to the rail industry for Terram's railway geosynthetics (Permanent Way solutions (PW) and Hydrotex ranges within the UK.
Keyline will supply Terram's geosynthetic solutions nationwide via its network of 89 depots on a 24/7 basis to support possession work. The Permanent Way (PW range) separators are used beneath ballast over granular soils to better control sub grade erosion, avoiding costly maintenance and track closures. Meanwhile, the Hydrotex product has been designed to address the issue of clay pumping providing an alternative to the traditional sand filter layer that is easier to install with less manpower and in a more cost effective manner.
