Asia's largest handicrafts and gifts fair is to start from February 16, at India Expo Centre & Mart on New Delhi – Greater Noida Expressway.

More than 1875 exhibitors will display about 800 types of eco-friendly products, and over 8000 foreign buyers from the US, EU, Latin American Region, Central Asia, Africa, Hong Kong, Japan, Australia, New Zealand are to visit the fair.

The fair will also demonstrate India's capacity to penetrate the competitive global market.

The 5-day spring edition of the Indian Handicrafts & Gifts Fair'06 (IHGF Spring – 2006) displays a large range of product including gifts, decoratives, art-metal ware, wood ware, home utility items, fashion jewellery, fashion accessories like bags, purses, hand crafted home textiles and furnishings, clocks, furniture, floor coverings, Christmas and floral decorations, brocade goods, hand printed textiles and scarves.

More than 800 types of products with latest designs, styles, colours, concepts and raw materials will speak about Indian culture and heritage.

Export Promotion Council for Handicrafts (EPCH) organizes IHGF twice in a year during February and October.
