Four Indian metros will host textile-cum-cultural shows from J&K Handicrafts Development Corporation to market handicraft products in Indian and overseas market places.
Government has allotted Rs5 million for these shows to be organized in Mumbai, Bangalore, Calcutta and Hyderabad, informed Haji Abdul Rashid Dar, Chairman of the corporation at AGM at Jammu.
The marketing strategy also includes overseas trade fares in Dubai, New York, Birmingham, UK and Domtex Germany to display handicraft products of state in association with Ministry of Textiles.
