Zamboanga Reformatory inmates to indulge in coconut crafts

Zamboanga City Reformatory Center (ZCRC) has revealed that the Philippine Coconut Authority (PCA) will soon finalize a deal where it will provide all the raw materials and the Center inmates will create the finished product.
The raw material will all be from coconut tree and an attempt to promote eco-friendly handicrafts and home-furnishing products.
Officials believe that the products will be high in quality, attracting large market-share.
Meanwhile, the inmates will be given appropriate income.
