To present National Award and Shilp Guru Award 2009, the Development Commissioner (Handicrafts), Imphal will select worthy candidates engaged in creating handicrafts.
The Development Commissioner has invited practicing craft-persons to submit their entries in prescribed performa along with their handicraft samples, bio-data, affidavit etc., before February 15, 2010.
