Ergo unveils luxury pillow made from Kapok & latex

Ergo Sleep Systems, a Bay Area organic and green mattress store, is announcing the release of the new K-Lex Luxury pillow. This luxury pillow is made from naturally derived materials to help achieve a new level of support and comfort.

K-Lex is a proprietary blend of Kapok and natural latex. Kapok, a tree grown in the rainforests of the South Pacific, produces silk-like fibers that are hypo-allergenic. These fibers are lightweight, water resistant, and naturally repel mold and other allergy causing particles.

Latex is a natural byproduct of the milk of the Pará rubber tree, it provides support, conformity, durability, and reduces pressure points without being bouncy.

The K-Lex luxury pillow offers the feel of a down or feather pillow without going flat, and the support and conformity of a memory foam pillow without offensive scents or heat. A stretch cotton fabric cover then helps further eliminate pressure points.
