Latex International, the exclusive U.S.-based Talalay latex producer and the largest supplier of latex mattress components and pillows in North America, announced that, on September 11, 2008, its subsidiary, Latex Foam Assets Acquisition, LLC, purchased certain assets from Dunlop Latex Foam Limited, a UK company in administration.
Kevin Coleman, President and CEO of Latex International stated that "these assets were acquired from the Administrator to support our plans for building our business."
Founded over 30 years ago, Latex International is North America's leading manufacturer of latex foam mattress components and pillows.
The company, based in Shelton, CT, with fabrication facilities in Connecticut, Georgia, and California, develops superior sleep products featured under many key retail brand names.
