An analysis report from customs authorities points out that, large firms have a strong resilience in face of many difficulties.

The export performance of the first six-months of 2011 indicates a good performance from large-scale export enterprises, which reflects that orders received in early 2011 were good.

Currently SMEs represent the dominant number of China's textile industry and more than 95 percent of these enterprises are producing low-end products.

The report states that, SMEs are unable to cope with various impacts, due to low profit margins, poor bargaining power and at a disadvantage within the industry.

In the context of industrial restructuring, industrial resources will accelerate flowing to large enterprises; therefore, an industrial reshuffle is inevitable.
