China's cotton fabric output rises marginally in Feb'13

China produced 2.64 billion metres of cotton fabric in February 2013, registering a marginal rise of 50 million metres or 1.93 percent year-on-year. However, China’s cotton fabric output during the month declined by 7.04 percent on a month-on-month basis.
 
In January-February 2013, China’s cotton fabric production totaled 5.48 billion metres, showing an increase of 400 million metres or 7.87 percent year-on-year.
 
From September 2012 to February 2013, China produced 19.91 billion metres of cotton fabric, an increase of 710 million metres or up 3.7 percent year-on-year.
