Dalian city plans to construct China International Clothing and Textile innovative industrial park and is currently exploring venue options.
This is intended to attract and gather talents with creative, design, research technologies as well as institutions into Dalian.

Mayor Xia Deren recently disclosed that by the end of August this year Dalian will hold the second session of the International Garment & Textile Fair.
During this event, City will announce the industrial park project and invite investment, especially from brand enterprises.
