New look Nano-Tex team set to take on apparel, home furnishings markets

Nicole has worked on Unifi's Sorbtek, which was the first hydrophilic polyester, and A.M.Y. yarns from conception to commercialization. She has become known as an industry expert in dyeing and additives - specifically moisture management and antimicrobial additives - for the following markets: socks, hosiery, circular knit, and warp knits. She is based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
Wendy Riley also tied Nano-Tex as a vice president of business development responsible for building and leading home furnishings accounts nationwide. Most recently, Riley was responsible for management of key retail accounts at Newell Rubbermaid, where her duties included national account expansion, strategic evolution and new business development.
Riley previously worked at VerticalNet and Scantron Service group. She is also based in Greensboro, North Carolina.
"In the past year alone, they more than doubled the number of mills, brands and products utilizing Nano-Tex treatments," said Renee Hultin, president of the Americas at Nano-Tex. "With an expanded team, they will continue to drive the adoption of their technology into new categories of the apparel and home furnishings markets."
