On Saturday evening, huge flames engulfed an upcoming cold storage, Suditi textile unit and another factory at the MIDC industrial estate, in Pawne village, located in Turbhe, Navi Mumbai.
It took almost whole night for the fire fighters to extinguish the fire and by the Sunday morning every thing was calm and thankfully not a single chemical unit was affected by this disaster.
Although, the magnitude of the damage was unknown, experts believe that products worth several lakhs were gutted under this blaze.
