Recently, the ground breaking ceremony of the Sundance Fashion Industrial Park held at Jinzhou Economic zone in Ningxiang town. The total amount to be invested in the project is around 500 million yuan. When the park is completed, it will be the largest slopwork base in central China.
Sundance grabbed the chance when the clothing industries of southeast China were shifting to central part and invested in Ningxiang to build a slopwork base for the production of inexpensive, low-quality, ready-to-wear clothes.
This policy will help the company to face the competition in the clothing manufacturing sector and develop the textile and apparel industry in Hunan province.
Sundance Fashion Industrial Park will be built on an area of 300 acres. The factory and accessory apartments spanning 200 thousand square meters will be finished in three sessions. In the first phase of construction which is expected to require an investment of around 200 million yuan will be put into operation by the end of next year.
The annual output from the park is anticipated to touch 6 million sets of clothes.
The Jinzhou Economic Zone has attracted many famous textile and apparel corporations.
