The Ambassador of Cuba Mr Gomez, recently met the Minister of State for Investment Mr Mandivewalla and said that textile medical instruments and bio-technology could be two key areas of cooperation between the two countries.
The ambassador expressed the hope that the Pakistan-Cuba Joint Ministerial Framework will be finalized soon and added that joint ventures by Cuban companies with their counterparts in the textile sector could prove to be beneficial to both countries.
Mr Mandivewalla, on his part also welcomed investments emanating from Cuba in to Pakistan and assured full support of the ministry to companies from Cuba to materialize the investments.
