In Shengze market, offers of polyester/ nylon compound filament maintained the level of the previous weekend. Prices of DTY150D/36F × 16, DTY160D/72F × 16 stood at 16900-16700 Yuan per ton.
DTY90D/75F × 16 and DTY75D/36Fd × 16 remained firm at 23,000 Yuan per ton and 23,500 Yuan per ton. Market sales focused on DTY75D/36F × 16, which is mainly used in production of casual fabrics made from polyester, nylon and cotton.
While offers of polyester and nylon filament maintained stability, PET prices of polyester raw material declined which is adverse for polyester/ nylon filament market. Purchasing power in the market also seems to be low.
