Liquidators are frantically trying to help and save a Ballart based textile company from going under and in the process, save around 40 jobs of workers, who have been working since long with the firm.

James Nelson (Vic) which trades as Hilton Fabrics forms part of the James Nelson Textile Group (JNTG) has accumulated a large tax debt and has gone in to administration.

Michele ONeil of the Textile, Clothing and Footwear Union said that the workers are in a difficult situation as they are mainly worried about their jobs and payment of their entitlements, if the company closes down.
