The new owners of a Cashmere Company, which is also one of Scotland's oldest textile mills, set up way back in 1859 have renewed their faith in the company, by buying back a factory space sold off by the earlier owners of the company.

The Chinese-owned Todd & Duncan, which is also one of the few surviving spinning mills in the country, have bought back the Lochleven Mills premises from a London property firm.

Lochleven Mills which is set up on 19 acres of land was sold off in 2007 by its earlier owner, Dawson International. In a statement the company said, “This is a significant investment in the company's future and confidence in the cashmere industry in Scotland”.
