Zhejiang to eliminate obsolete MMF backward capacity

To ensure the realization of targets of energy-saving and emission reduction during the 11th five-year plan, Zhejiang province will eliminate around 200,000 tons of chemical fibre backward production capacity.

This is also in response to the circular issued by the Zhejiang provincial authorities, which demands of departments from all regions in the province to strictly enforce energy-saving policies set by the State Council.
