China ($7,955.62 million), India ($1,928.35 million), Germany ($1,887.93 million) and Italy ($1,755.56 million) were the key exporters of dresses across the globe in 2019, together comprising 48.39 per cent of total export. These were followed by Spain ($1,469.95 million), Turkey ($1,382.53 million) and UK ($1,245.74 million).

These were followed by Japan ($1,442.77 million), Netherlands ($1,194.84 million) and Italy ($870.61 million).
