Clothing exports from Iran went up 10.4 percent, against the same period previous year, to over $105 million in Q3 of this Iranian year (started March 21).

Exports destinations like Azerbaijan, Afghanistan, Iraq, Georgia and Kyrgyzstan featured among major share holders garnering 84.5 percent of the exports value.

Total volume of exported goods in this year reveals a 24 percent increase against the figure released in the last year.

Agricultural and industrial products could earn more export value and enjoy competitive advantages, stated Mehdi Ghazanfari, Deputy Commerce Minister.

Ghazanfari also suggested improvement in infrastructure services to support export activities.
