Textile and garment sector of Vietnam is getting more export orders beginning 2006.

These customers were previously importing goods from China.

China has been allotted export quota to the US and EU markets, Vinatex aleading textile and garment manufacturing group informs.

There are several importers who had earlier been partners of Vietnam.

Vinatex's statistics indicate that favorite goods categories among these customers are trousers of all types, knitted-wear and lounge suit.

Till mid April, Vinatex was able to earn exports revenue worth VND47 billion ($3.1 million), registering rise of 104 percent, year-on-year basis.
