Ministry of Trade reported that the Vietnam's textile and garment goods exports to Middle East country of UAE skied upward during the first half 2006, a year–on–year growth of 192 percent.
This development will play an important role in expanding markets for Made–in–Vietnam textile and apparel goods to Middle East region.
Analysis shows that UAE will emerge as a major export market in the future.
