Vietnam Textile and Apparel Group has set export target of $5.3 billion by 2006, informed sources of Vinatex.
Vinatex urged its member companies to start promotional programs in highly lucrative markets such as EU, Japan and Eastern Europe.
During January – August 2006, country reported rise of 28 percent to $3.93 billion in garment exports turnover.
