While China's overall clothing exports still indicate a slowdown, garment exports from Wenzhou have shown positive growth in the last six months.
Wenzhou's garment exports have successful bottomed out, realizing a positive growth compared to the negative trend displayed by the sector.
During the first half, exports of clothing and accessories from Wenzhou touched US $583.89 million, an increase of 6.47 percent year-on-year.
Shipments of clothing and accessories from the country, on the other hand, declined by 8.5 percent over the same period.
