Jute warehouse fire destroys property worth millions

One person was injured and property worth millions was destroyed when fire erupted at a jute warehouse at Narsimha-5, Sunsari.
An eye witness said the fire caused a loss worth Rs40,000 in cash and over 70 tons of jute and household items were destroyed.
The blaze that started at around 2 am in the morning was finally brought under control by the Inaruwa/Ithari fire department after 5 hours of struggle.
