The black and white hued retro look with a generous sprinkle of contemporary and vintage styles is going to rule the forthcoming autumn-winter season of children's wear, according to a trend forecast made by the Spanish Association of Children's Products (ASEPRI).

At the recently concluded 76th edition of International Fashion Fair for Children and Youth (FIMI), held in Spain’s autonomous community of Valencia, ASPERI members presented their views on upcoming international trends in children’s fashion.

Buyers from Russia, Italy, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Japan, Portugal, United Kingdom, Colombia, Canada, Lebanon and Libya attended the three-day-long international fashion fair for kids.

Other than trend forecasting and exhibiting their latest collections, the association also talked about the internationalization and reindustrialization of children apparel and product manufacturing sector of Spain at the fair.

ASEPRI is a national association comprised of Spanish children´s fashion and childcare product makers.

An indispensable point of reference within the international fashion industry, FIMI is a trade fair which serves as a platform for launching youth’s and children’s future fashion trends.
