JJ Valaya range struck by war at Wills Fashion Week

Renowned designer, JJ Valaya, is busy preparing for Wills Lifestyle India Fashion Week (WIFW) that begins tomorrow, April 5.
Valaya says that he was involved when FDCI was formed nearly a decade ago and hence, everybody knows clearly what the event stands for.
Event is for the designers by a group of designers so as to provide an incredible podium for Indian fashion.
Valaya explains that although his fashion house is well established and has regular customers, WIFW played an important role as a trend indicator and serious business event.
This year's collection, he informs, is inspired by war, melancholic but beautiful.
A Collection of 51 pieces uses various fabrics types; from linen-silk, georgettes, lycra to brocades and chenille.
As for the colours, they range from deep red to lighter shades.
Detailing the use of select craft and Swarovski crystals, textured fabrics and techniques are the highlights of this line.
