Modeurop Roundtable concluded in India recently, where the delegates from all over the world discussed and decided the colors that will dominate the Spring/Summer 2008 palette.
Amazingly, India exceeded every expectation, when 17 of the 19 colors allotted for footwear and fashion accessories were presented by domestic tanners.
As for leather garment category of 13, 9 colors were presented by India.
Marga Indra-Heide, fashion expert and jury member of Modeurop, revealed that the colour theme for Spring/Summer 2008 is 'Nature Meets Technology.'
Inspired by pearls, marbles and shells, silver and metallics will have a central presence. Greens, sea blues, emaralds and shades of topaz will reflect greenery and nature.
Pinks, orange and lemons will also prominent and are expected to be paired with browns, whites and creams.
