Thursday at Paris Ready-to-Wear Fashion Week presented a weekend mood as the Emanuel Ungaro collection by designer Peter Dundas was inspired by club-life.
Dundas sent out models in glittering short dresses and high-waist pants that clung like second skin.
Several times the ensemble included a bulgy hooded fur coat.
"I love clubbing. I love seeing all the girls getting dressed up and going out in little slinky T-Shirt dresses, with great dramatic coats on top of it. I always liked the idea that (a girl) gets out of the limousine with her motorbike pants," the designer explained at the press conference.
Another designer that was appreciated was Ivana Omazic, who created the line for LVMH brand, Celine.
The couture was playfully seductive with a prominent touch of sensual tones.
This range included tiger-printed dresses under made-to-measure leather jackets. Tweed-trousers were paired with bulky trench-coats with wide belts.
