New trend of boys wearing ladies' tight fitting stove-pipe jeans has emerged. Hence big brands are witnessing surge in sale of denim.
Guys are not satisfied with men's jeans available on racks because they want tight yet comfortable stuff. So they are adopting skinny feminine styles with extra lycra, according to denim label sass & bide's Sarah Jane Clarke.
She opined that female size 14 is most preferred by boys who also buy oversized high waist styled girls' jeans and wear them low.
This boys-wearing-girls trend has brought in big bucks for many brands. It has led some of them to design special skinny leg jeans for the male market.
